We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential as the right hand to our Head Chef, providing crucial support in food preparation, quality control, and daily kitchen operations. As a Sous Chef, you will be involved in managing kitchen staff, overseeing inventory and supply orders, and filling in for the Head Chef when necessary. You will tackle challenges head-on, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards and that the crew functions smoothly and efficiently.
