The Culinary Management role at Topgolf is a full-time position that plays a critical part in supervising and elevating the culinary team to deliver best-in-class culinary experiences. This leadership position requires the individual to coach and develop associates, delegate tasks efficiently, and embody Topgolf's core values. The manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management and product purchasing, maintaining food and labor costs within budget parameters, and ensuring a thorough understanding of cost of goods sold (COGS). The role also involves selecting, developing, and standardizing recipes to ensure consistent quality across all food offerings, as well as establishing presentation techniques that meet company standards.
This position requires someone who can handle planning and costing for special events and chef’s choice menus, ensuring operational excellence and the maintenance of food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Proper equipment operation and upkeep are essential duties, bolstering efficiency and compliance within the culinary department. The candidate must be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift weights up to 50 pounds as part of their daily routine. Working under high-temperature conditions is common in this role, making physical endurance and resilience vital. - Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree preferred
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift

- ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb

- ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods of time
