Additionally, the Sous Chef will assist in hiring, evaluating, and managing departmental team members such as cooks and stewards, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.

The role demands physical stamina and resilience, including the ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform kitchen tasks under various environmental conditions, with attention to safety and compliance with health regulations. Candidates are expected to hold food safety and sanitation training certificates and demonstrate proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with co-workers and guests.
