The Sous Chef will play a critical role in managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining top-notch food quality and presentation, and mentoring the kitchen staff to achieve consistent excellence. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, professional kitchen
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Solid culinary skills

- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef with kitchen leadership and back-of-house operations
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
- Help develop and implement seasonal menus and specials
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing kitchen culture
