The role of Sous Chef at Topgolf is a pivotal culinary leadership position focused on assisting the Executive Chef in delivering outstanding food experiences that match the company’s high standards and brand expectations. The Sous Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team and supervising all culinary activities within the venue, ensuring the preparation and presentation of rockstar-level meals. In this position, the Sous Chef not only manages food quality and consistency but also oversees important operational duties such as scheduling labor, managing inventory, ordering products, maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standards, and fostering strong vendor relationships. Depending on the venue's needs, the Sous Chef may focus on everyday kitchen line management or be involved in executing special event menus, making the role dynamic and varied.

  • ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • oversee safety and sanitation in the kitchen
