Their communities are designed to provide exceptional care, comfort, and hospitality to seniors, fostering an environment where residents can thrive with dignity and respect. Belmont Village is known for its commitment to values such as trust, respect, teamwork, dignity, integrity, ownership, and learning, which form the foundation of its culture and service approach. The company operates with a servant leadership model, encouraging team members to be deeply engaged and passionate about serving seniors in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Belmont Village Aventura is their newest state-of-the-art senior living community opening in early 2026. This exciting new location is set to deliver an exceptional living experience to seniors with a vibrant, hospitality-driven culture. At Belmont Village Aventura, the focus is on building a strong team from the ground up, particularly in the culinary and dining departments, which will play a critical role in residents' quality of life. Team members at this community are empowered to grow, learn, and participate in creating memorable dining experiences that emphasize chef-driven menus and outstanding hospitality. The organization places a high priority on employee growth and engagement, ensuring that team members feel valued every day.

The role being offered is that of a Sous Chef at Belmont Village Senior Living, based at the Aventura location. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about food preparation and hospitality in a senior living setting. The Sous Chef will be instrumental in supervising kitchen operations, preparing meals from scratch according to established recipes, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Beyond culinary skills, the Sous Chef will also assist in training new kitchen staff and maintain a clean, orderly kitchen compliant with health and safety regulations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, values teamwork, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. The Sous Chef will be expected to maintain outstanding hospitality and prioritize resident satisfaction in every interaction. The community fosters a supportive environment where team members are encouraged to demonstrate reliability, take pride in their work, and exhibit empathy toward residents and colleagues alike.

Belmont Village Senior Living offers competitive full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, mental health, prescription coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with an employer match, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance.
