Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Three to five years experience in high-volume food preparation
- At least one year in a lead or coordinator role
- Ability to read English
- Keyboard skills and ability to use electronic systems applicable to job
- Knowledge of food service standards and supervision principles
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational ability
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety and sanitation
- Current County Food Handler's card
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and use critical thinking

Job Duties
- Organize and coordinate food production staff and workflow to ensure timely delivery of food services
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, Manager, and Supervisors to manage cafeteria and catering operations
- Assist in staff development and training in cooking methods, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Plan and execute food production for special events
- Monitor food storage, preparation, and service areas to meet licensing and safety requirements
- Manage food cost controls through recipe use, waste reduction, and vendor price verification
