- culinary training through an accredited program or four years experience in equivalent position of responsibility
- servsafe certified or able to complete certification within the first 90 days of employment
- catering experience plus
- computer literate
- able to work all shifts and days of the week

Job Duties
- prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
- manage catering requirements and special event menus
- maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- assist in training and mentoring junior culinary staff
- monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs
- collaborate with dietary and care teams to meet resident needs
