Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years culinary experience
- supervisory experience in kitchen operations
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties

- experience in a supervisory role in a culinary setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to prepare food according to standardized recipes
- strong leadership and communication skills
- culinary certification or culinary degree preferred

Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef in coordinating food preparation and presentation
- supervise kitchen staff
- ensure sanitation standards are met
- prepare food using standardized recipes and proper methods
- manage serving portion requirements
- maintain meal schedules
- oversee proper storage of raw and prepared food
- supervise kitchen cleaning requirements
