Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary training or relevant experience
- Previous kitchen supervisory experience
- Knowledge of OSHA, health department regulations, and HACCP standards
- Ability to work standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Commitment to adherence of HSEQ policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum culinary education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HACCP and internal audit procedures
- Experience with cost control and inventory management
Job Duties
- Provide highest quality of service per ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
- Utilize food preparation procedures per federal, state, and local guidelines
- Assist Executive Chef with administrative duties
- Monitor and review HACCP logs
- Assemble RTE menu items per recipes and presentation standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- Support management with monthly inventory
- Notify management of any product, safety, or other concerns
- Attend daily meetings
- Report accidents and injuries promptly
- Perform other assigned duties
