Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of culinary experience with at least one year in a supervisory role as a Sous Chef
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a culinary team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively
  • Flexible scheduling availability
