  • culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognised culinary institution preferred
  • strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and hands-on approach

  • thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols

  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
