  • knowledge of efficient methods of ordering, storing, and receiving supplies
  • skill in developing quality and quantity production controls
  • mathematical skills for cost and inventory management
  • strong verbal and written communication skills

  • basic computer application skills

  • knowledge of customer satisfaction methods

  • Coordinate production activities

  • oversee food production and quality control
  • manage merchandising, sanitation, and safety
