The role of Chef 2 at Lake Arrowhead Conference Center is vital to maintaining and enhancing the culinary standards expected by guests and management alike. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Chef 2 is entrusted with leadership and oversight of kitchen operations in a high-volume environment. This encompasses responsibilities such as supervising food production, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, and supporting service execution across multiple meal periods each day. The Chef 2 serves as a key team coordinator, managing staff schedules, overseeing attendance, and promoting operational efficiency to meet the demands of event-driven and daily dining services. The pay range for this role is $24.62 to $27.62 per hour with the potential for offers within the full salary range of $24.62 to $45.93 per hour, depending on experience, skills, education, and other factors.   • Completion of pre-placement physical exam
  • Satisfactory driving record under California DMV Pull Notice System
  • Availability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Ability to drive University vehicles

Job Qualifications
