The Sous Chef position at Four Seasons St. Louis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations across multiple culinary outlets, including Ramsay's Kitchen & Bar, the hotel’s poolside dining, 24/7 in-room dining, and the spa café. The Sous Chef ensures that all culinary activities adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency, reflecting the esteemed Four Seasons and Ramsay brand promises. This role not only involves managing and directing the culinary team but also hands-on participation in food preparation when required, ensuring that service standards are upheld during peak times and special events.

In this role, the Sous Chef is instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency through inventory management, cost control, and compliance with all health and sanitation regulations.   • Train develop and motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed established food preparation standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and organize culinary activities
