As a Sous Chef at Sodexo supporting Pembrook Hill School Dining, you will play a vital role in managing and executing culinary operations that align with Sodexo’s mission and values. The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen management, including supervising culinary staff, maintaining the highest sanitation and food safety standards, controlling food inventory and costs, and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
