This position is for a Sous Chef who plays a crucial leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The Sous Chef is responsible for upholding the high standards of food quality and taste that Yard House is known for. They lead their kitchen teams to ensure every dish served meets the company’s commitment to excellence, while creating a workplace culture that employees are proud to be part of. Yard House offers a competitive salary ranging from $62,000 to $70,000 per year along with weekly pay and eligibility for quarterly bonuses. The company emphasizes work-life balance by limiting work hours to no more than 50 per week and providing two days off. Employees enjoy up to three weeks of paid time off within the first year, as well as immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
