Joining Hilton means becoming part of a team that values integrity, leadership, teamwork, a sense of ownership, and a focus on delivering outstanding service in every moment.

The role of a Sous Chef at Hilton is pivotal in maintaining the high culinary standards and exceptional service that guests expect from this prestigious hospitality brand. As a Sous Chef, you will take on a leadership position within the kitchen, driving daily culinary operations with a hands-on approach and real-time coaching for your team. You will have the opportunity to specialize either in Outlets or Banquets, managing everything from production lists to line checks and ensuring smooth, efficient service during meal periods. This role goes beyond culinary skills; it’s about creating memorable dining experiences by enhancing menu offerings through seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials that delight guests.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Administrative responsibilities such as inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling are also part of the Sous Chef’s duties, requiring strong organizational capabilities. Moreover, maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is essential to uphold Hilton’s standards for guest and team member wellbeing. Hilton offers a supportive environment for the Sous Chef, with career development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes wellbeing and work-life balance. This position is ideal for culinary professionals who are passionate about hospitality and seek to advance within a renowned global brand that values its people as much as its guests.
