The Sous Chef role at SodexoMagic is a full-time position located within an economic institution with morning weekday shifts and an hourly pay range between $26.00 and $30.00. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related culinary work experience
- Ability to work morning shifts on weekdays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Commitment to food safety and waste reduction practices
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing for long periods
- Willingness to follow management direction and company policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Prepare menu items in large quantities by various cooking methods
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform duties assigned that may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
