Job Duties
- Provide oversight at the direction of management to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Prepare menu items in large quantities by various cooking methods
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts based on business necessities and client requirements
