Job Requirements

  • Required experience in a Sous Chef or comparable culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills focused on actively developing culinary partners
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive engaging and performance-driven kitchen culture for all team members
  • A drive for continuous professional growth actively seeking and applying feedback coaching and mentorship
  • Demonstrated ability to drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams
  • Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time

  • Collaborate closely with Front-of-House teams to ensure seamless service execution and clear communication
  • Monitor inventory and manage kitchen resources efficiently to minimize waste and control costs
  • Uphold rigorous health and safety standards to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment
