- 5+ years of culinary manager experience preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
- Flexible schedule availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English required
- Spanish also preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Lead with inspiration to build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results
- Strong focus on menu planning, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Adapt well to change, bringing innovative thinking to drive Food & Beverage revenue, reduce costs, and increase guest satisfaction
- Collaborate and work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to confidently problem-solve and recommend solutions
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, effectively managing labor, food, and supply costs to achieve kitchen financial goals
- Assist in overseeing all culinary staff and supports all aspects of kitchen operations as Sous Chef, with a focus on banquets
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards, operating, maintaining, and properly cleaning kitchen equipment
- Follow Four Seasons Food Standards, recipes, and plating guidelines
- Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests
- Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
