Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume settings
- demonstrated leadership capability
- ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds daily
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills in English
- excellent physical stamina and coordination
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume kitchen
- proven leadership skills in a kitchen environment
- ability to maintain quality and consistency
- excellent customer service orientation
- proficiency in English communication both written and spoken

Job Duties
- Hire and train kitchen staff
- assist Executive Chef in menu creation and maintenance
- oversee daily kitchen operations
- ensure quality preparation and presentation of food
- support strategic business plans to grow sales and manage costs
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
