Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume settings
  • demonstrated leadership capability
  • ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds daily
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills in English
  • excellent physical stamina and coordination
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • proven leadership skills in a kitchen environment
  • ability to maintain quality and consistency
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • proficiency in English communication both written and spoken
  • strong sense of taste and smell
  • good hand-eye coordination
  • flexible availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Hire and train kitchen staff
  • assist Executive Chef in menu creation and maintenance
  • oversee daily kitchen operations
  • ensure quality preparation and presentation of food
  • support strategic business plans to grow sales and manage costs
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
