- Excellent communication

Job Duties
- Hiring training and development of hospitality-focused team members

- Consistently enforcing standards for recipe adherence food preparation production and presentation
- Ensure use of BOH systems to achieve optimal kitchen performance including line checks checklists opening closing procedures prep lists
