The role of Sous Chef within this distinguished establishment is pivotal to maintaining the culinary excellence that guests expect from the brand. As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, the Sous Chef collaborates closely with the Executive Chef and culinary management team, helping to lead, inspire, and manage kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, or weekends
- Three to five years of experience in a culinary or Food & Beverage line role
- One to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, especially regional specialties
- Preferred experience in Michelin-star or Italian fine dining
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation standards set by Four Seasons, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all kitchen operations
- Support and lead team members in delivering exceptional culinary experiences
