Il Fornaio is currently seeking an experienced Chef to join their esteemed team. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen and dining room operations, particularly someone who understands the nuances of authentic Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Supervisor and demonstrate a passion for recipe adherence and quality food preparation. The position entails overseeing food preparation and service across all meal periods, ensuring timely and attractive plate presentation, and maintaining a high standard of safety and hygiene including compliance with COVID protocols.
