Job Duties

  • Assist the chef in creating and refining menu items showcasing authentic and contemporary Japanese cuisine
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and participate in scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
  • Develop and train kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
