Job Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years previous culinary or food & beverage line position experience or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems
  • Ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in hotel, restaurant management, or culinary arts
  • Three to five years of culinary or food & beverage line experience, or one to two years in a supervisory role
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage systems
  • Proficiency in culinary production equipment and tools
  • Strong reading, writing, and oral English skills
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
