As a Sous Chef at Inpro Caf, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and culinary direction of our kitchen. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will be instrumental in planning and preparing menus that are fresh, balanced, and creative, reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and smooth operations while maintaining the highest standards of food taste, quality, and presentation. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef or similar)
- Food Manager Certification preferred (required after hire)
- Strong culinary skills with experience in menu development and execution
