The Sous Chef role at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is a pivotal position within the culinary team, crucial to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and operational efficiency. The Sous Chef’s responsibilities encompass daily kitchen operations management, menu development, staff coaching, quality control, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a culinary role preferably in a high-volume or banquet environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
