  • 1 or more years’ experience as a sous chef
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven experience in upscale or fine dining settings
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to maintaining exceptional standards
  • familiarity with inventory management, food cost control, and scheduling
  • willingness to relocate to Rochester, NY
