We are currently seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team and support our commitment to excellence.\n\nThe Sous Chef will play a vital role in the daily kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all culinary activities run smoothly and efficiently. This full-time role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine, who is comfortable managing a busy kitchen environment, especially during high-volume dinner services. The Sous Chef will be responsible for stepping in and running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, overseeing work at various stations including grill, fry, prep, and plating, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key duties also involve managing prep lists, par levels, and mise en place for each shift, supervising line cooks to uphold plating and quality standards, and ensuring that core menu items such as charcoal-grilled lamb and chicken plates, mercimek soup, egg dishes, wraps, and rice are consistently prepared to perfection. Additionally, the Sous Chef will assist in fulfilling catering orders on time and according to specifications, contributing to menu development with feedback and testing of new dishes, and ensuring the kitchen adheres to cleanliness and health compliance standards. Our ideal candidate will bring at least three years of professional kitchen experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role, be adept at managing the charcoal grill, and be ready to work nights and weekends. Job Duties
