Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- serve safe certification preferred
- experienced in all cooking stations and methods

Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and cooking in all production environments
- direct and support day-to-day kitchen operations
- supervise food production and sanitation staff
- assist with hiring and training new kitchen staff
- take charge of kitchen opening and closing
- participate in inventory management and develop par sheets
- place food and supply orders
