Job Requirements
- Prior commercial kitchen management experience required
- Ability to work full-time with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to maintain high standards in food safety and sanitation
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer service and team leadership
- Flexibility to participate in scheduling, payroll, and other supervisory duties

Job Qualifications
- Prior commercial kitchen management experience

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations
- Store food in designated areas following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Clean workstations thoroughly before leaving area
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Relay relevant information directly to supervisor
- Demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of products and supplies
- Track product production, consumption, and waste
- Inform supervisor when supplies or products are low
- Perform other duties as assigned
