We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our experienced culinary team. This role is designed for a culinary professional with a genuine passion for food production and a deep understanding of effective kitchen management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee food preparation and culinary activities, while also playing a pivotal role in leading and motivating the kitchen staff. Beyond routine kitchen supervision, the Sous Chef will manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to ensure operational efficiency.
