- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Commitment to excellence, detail, and consistency in execution

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and fellow Sous Chef in all kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and performance
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and plating
- Oversee daily line operations, prep, and service in a high-volume fine dining environment
- Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Collaborate on menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance the dining experience
- Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to support profitability and efficiency
- Uphold company values while fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture
