We are currently seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to support our executive culinary team. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen activities, ensuring consistency in quality, and contributing to menu development with creative culinary ideas. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of food, flavor profiles, and culinary techniques
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and quality standards

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and fellow Sous Chef in all kitchen operations

- Oversee daily line operations, prep, and service in a high-volume fine dining environment
- Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations
