Tin Kitchen is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join its dedicated team. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 4PM, offering set schedules and real-time off to promote work-life balance. The Sous Chef role is essential in supporting the kitchen’s daily operations and maintaining the high standards of food preparation that are synonymous with the Tin Kitchen brand. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • ability to work Tuesday through Saturday 9AM to 4PM
  • strong organizational skills
  • capability to work under pressure and in a team setting
  • basic knowledge of kitchen health and safety practices

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
  • culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
  • knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • creativity and passion for cooking
  • familiarity with health and safety standards
