Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday 9AM to 4PM
- strong organizational skills
- capability to work under pressure and in a team setting
- basic knowledge of kitchen health and safety practices
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
- culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- strong leadership and communication skills
