Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- Proven culinary experience in a food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety sanitation standards
- Ability to lead and supervise a small team
- Capacity to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Availability to work full-time
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance policies

- Culinary experience leading food preparation at a specific station
- Working knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to a small team
- Strong passion for quality food preparation and service excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with healthcare foodservice environments is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Lead food preparation and production at an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
- Maintain proper food handling sanitation and safety practices
- Provide direction and support to team members assigned to the station
- Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
- Supervise and guide less than two full-time employees at the assigned station
- Assist in training and mentoring culinary team members
- Ensure compliance with health department standards and internal policies
