Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, commissary, or food manufacturing environment
  • Previous leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or Lead Line Cook preferred
  • Ability to work in a physically active environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with large-scale food production or batch cooking is a plus

  • Ability to work in a physically active environment and support production demands

Job Duties

  • Support daily kitchen and food production activities in a high-volume environment
  • Prepare and execute recipes while maintaining consistency and product quality
  • Assist with batch cooking, production flow, and inventory organization
  • Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff during daily operations
  • Train employees on kitchen procedures, food safety, and quality standards
  • Help improve efficiency, workflow, and overall kitchen performance
  • Participate in recipe testing and continuous product improvement initiatives
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance throughout the facility
