Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in professional kitchen environments
  • ServSafe certification required
  • ability to work onsite full time in Tulsa, OK
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

  • experience with menu planning and food production evaluation
  • ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

Job Duties

  • prepare meals by reviewing menus and product specifications with the Executive Chef
  • evaluate menu production and oversee portion sizes
  • improve kitchen productivity and quality standards
  • provide food preparation expertise and monitor presentations
  • analyze food production records and menu expenses
  • standardize production recipes and promote quality improvement
  • supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Restaurant Chef
