Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in professional kitchen environments
- ServSafe certification required
- ability to work onsite full time in Tulsa, OK
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare meals by reviewing menus and product specifications with the Executive Chef
- evaluate menu production and oversee portion sizes
- improve kitchen productivity and quality standards
- provide food preparation expertise and monitor presentations
- analyze food production records and menu expenses
- standardize production recipes and promote quality improvement
- supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Restaurant Chef
