Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or brewery/food and beverage operation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for craft food and beverage culture
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise and mentor line cooks and kitchen staff

- Assist Executive Chef in managing prep schedules, ordering and inventory
- Uphold companys culinary brand and culture
