Job Description
Our company is a dynamic player in the culinary and food service industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through our unique approach to food and beverage culture. We operate a high-volume restaurant and brewery/food and beverage operation known for its commitment to quality, creativity, and community. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive kitchen environment that encourages culinary innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. As the Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in assisting the Executive Chef with managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with a passion for craft food and beverage culture who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Your leadership will be essential in supervising and mentoring kitchen staff, contributing to menu development, and maintaining the company's culinary brand and kitchen culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for training new kitchen employees, overseeing food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating closely with the Executive Chef in managing inventory, ordering, and prep schedules. Your ability to lead with precision and efficiency while maintaining a collaborative team environment will be key to your success. We are looking for someone with at least three years of progressive culinary experience, including a minimum of one year in a supervisory role, preferably within a high-volume restaurant or brewery setting. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant and passionate community that values creativity, quality, and dedication. We offer a supportive workplace where your skills will be honed, and your professional goals encouraged. If you are ready to take the next step in your culinary career and lead a team dedicated to excellence, we encourage you to apply and embark on this rewarding journey with us.
