Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen

  • develop kitchen associates and hold team accountable constructively
  • implement effective security protocols for employee and guest safety
  • supervise kitchen setup and food production to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • ensure line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times, and cooking standards
  • present quality food ensuring all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining immaculate facilities
  • embody and promote company principles and beliefs
  • foster a passionate and fun restaurant culture
  • support employees in living balanced, full lives
