Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen
- foster an inclusive kitchen environment
- develop kitchen associates and hold team accountable constructively
- implement effective security protocols for employee and guest safety
- supervise kitchen setup and food production to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- ensure line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times, and cooking standards
- present quality food ensuring all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
- enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining immaculate facilities
- embody and promote company principles and beliefs
