Job Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently

- Safely maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys

Job Qualifications
- Experience in culinary roles within restaurant settings
- Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage establishments
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Understanding of kitchen operations and expense management
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional culinary experiences to guests while following company policies, procedures, and standards
- Lead by example through motivation, support, and communication
- Develop and promote a learning and nurturing environment focusing on proper cooking techniques, knife skills, time management, and accountability
- Follow and enforce applicable safety and sanitation programs according to federal, state, and local laws
- Manage kitchen expenses ensuring budgetary compliance as requested
