Job Requirements

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently
  • Routine standing for duration of shift
  • Safely maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
  • Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in culinary roles within restaurant settings
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage establishments
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Understanding of kitchen operations and expense management

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional culinary experiences to guests while following company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Lead by example through motivation, support, and communication
  • Develop and promote a learning and nurturing environment focusing on proper cooking techniques, knife skills, time management, and accountability
  • Follow and enforce applicable safety and sanitation programs according to federal, state, and local laws
  • Manage kitchen expenses ensuring budgetary compliance as requested
