Job Requirements
- Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent of the time
- At least three years of experience in culinary management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- At least one year experience in a similar role is preferred

Job Duties
- Planning culinary operations of retail and catering services
- Organizing and supervising kitchen staff activities
- Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations
- Conferring with district managers and other departments about dining service
- Directing and coordinating kitchen staff work
- Participating in meal preparation at various assigned locations
- Performing other assigned culinary and supervisory tasks
