Job Requirements

  • Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent of the time
  • At least three years of experience in culinary management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • At least one year experience in a similar role is preferred

Job Duties

  • Planning culinary operations of retail and catering services
  • Organizing and supervising kitchen staff activities
  • Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations
  • Conferring with district managers and other departments about dining service
  • Directing and coordinating kitchen staff work
  • Participating in meal preparation at various assigned locations
  • Performing other assigned culinary and supervisory tasks
