The Sous Chef, Operations position is a vital role within the culinary team, reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef or the Executive Chef. This role is tasked with assisting in the design and preparation of meals tailored to meet the unique needs and expectations of airline passengers. The Sous Chef, Operations will bring culinary expertise and leadership to the team, ensuring that food services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The candidate will champion food safety and sanitation compliance, fostering a kitchen environment where hygiene and safety protocols are rigorously adhered to.

In addition to direct food preparation duties, the Sous Chef, Operations will drive the food production effort in collaboration with Food Supervisors, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations. This position offers an annual salary range of $70,000 to $74,000, with a comprehensive benefits package that supports both health and financial well-being.
