The company emphasizes a warm, welcoming environment with entertaining events, personalized connections in groups and one-on-one settings, and exemplary clinical care standards. Brookdale also provides extensive corporate support and robust training programs, making it a great place to grow and develop professionally in the realm of senior living and care services.

Brookdale encourages veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. The company also supports associates who are working toward US citizenship by offering advancement of naturalization application fees for qualified individuals.
