We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in maintaining and elevating our kitchen operations. This full-time role involves overseeing food production, ensuring consistent quality, and supporting kitchen staff development. The Sous Chef will play a critical role in managing daily kitchen activities, guaranteeing that all food products meet our established quality standards and presentation requirements. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for instituting a maintenance schedule to preserve the cleanliness and operational efficiency of all kitchen areas and equipment. Providing guidance and training to kitchen staff will also be an essential component of this role to promote continuous professional growth and uphold culinary excellence. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of culinary experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.   • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Food safety certification preferred

  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff
  • Assist Executive Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
