Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive culinary experience in high-volume kitchen environments with supervisory responsibilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Strong culinary fundamentals, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and food safety knowledge
  • Proven ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment
  • Experience training or mentoring kitchen staff preferred

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee kitchen operations during service, ensuring timely execution and consistency of all menu items
  • Supervise line teams, prep staff, dish teams, and ancillary kitchens providing real-time direction, coaching, and support
  • Ensure all stations are properly set up, stocked, and maintained throughout service
  • Step into any station as needed to support service and maintain flow of operations
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and station expectations
  • Reinforce company standards, policies, and procedures through daily supervision and coaching
  • Support scheduling and staffing needs as directed by culinary leadership
