This position requires someone who thrives in a high-pressure setting, manages multiple priorities simultaneously, and fosters a positive team culture through clear communication and leading by example. Food safety, quality control, and adapting flexibly to the operational needs of the kitchen are also key elements of the role, along with ensuring proper documentation, such as recipe cards, prep lists, and temperature logs are meticulously maintained.
