Job Duties
- Prepare food for catered events in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and timelines
- assist in daily kitchen operations, including prep production, inventory management, and organization
- serve as Event Chef for catered events as assigned, overseeing on-site food execution and presentation
- ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations are strictly followed
- collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure seamless event execution
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in both kitchen and event settings
- assist with loading, transporting, and setting up food and equipment for off-site events as needed
- adapt to changing event needs and timelines with professionalism and efficiency
