Job Requirements
- Must have 2 plus years high-volume restaurant management experience
- Ability to understand business operations and financial aspects
- Experience managing daily shifts including scheduling and planning
- Capability to ensure high-quality food and cleanliness standards
- Proficiency with POS and reservation systems
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of business operations and financials
- Proven leadership and team coaching skills
- Knowledge of flavors, aromas, and food ingredient characteristics
- Experience with POS and digital reservation systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage high-volume restaurant shifts including decision making and scheduling
- Ensure product quality and maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Manage on-the-fly requests calmly and effectively
- Understand and utilize POS and online reservation systems like OpenTable
- Coach, lead, and develop restaurant team members
- Drive continuous improvement in team performance and operations
