Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 plus years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Ability to understand business operations and financial aspects
  • Experience managing daily shifts including scheduling and planning
  • Capability to ensure high-quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Proficiency with POS and reservation systems
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financials
  • Proven leadership and team coaching skills
  • Knowledge of flavors, aromas, and food ingredient characteristics
  • Experience with POS and digital reservation systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage high-volume restaurant shifts including decision making and scheduling
  • Ensure product quality and maintain restaurant cleanliness
  • Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
  • Manage on-the-fly requests calmly and effectively
  • Understand and utilize POS and online reservation systems like OpenTable
  • Coach, lead, and develop restaurant team members
  • Drive continuous improvement in team performance and operations
